Can I get my Genesis serviced without going to the dealer?
Yes, you can. You are not required to use a Genesis dealer to keep your vehicle in great shape, and an independent shop often means shorter waits and a more personal experience.
Our technicians follow the manufacturer's guidelines and use quality parts, so your Genesis gets the same standard of care without the dealership trip. Stop by Bernhard Auto Works on 250 Columbia Centre Dr and we'll look after it.
Is a Genesis expensive to maintain?
Less than most people expect for a luxury brand.
Because Genesis is Hyundai's premium division, it shares a lot of proven engineering, so parts are easier to source and more affordable than the European luxury names it competes with. Staying on top of routine care is what keeps those costs low and predictable. The expert
team at Bernhard Auto Works can lay out a simple maintenance plan so there are no surprises.
What keeps a Genesis feeling as refined as the day I bought it?
Keeping the systems that shape its ride in good condition is what preserves that feel.
The adaptive suspension, the bushings and mounts that isolate road noise, and proper alignment all work together to keep the car quiet and planted, and they wear gradually enough that the decline is easy to miss. Having them checked now and then preserves that signature Genesis smoothness. Call Bernhard Auto Works at (618) 281-6900 and we'll make sure yours still drives the way it should.
